Get Untrapped™: What This Space Is (And What It Isn’t)
For women who are successful in public and stuck in private—and done pretending that’s fine.
You’re successful in public and stuck in private—and it’s quietly costing you more than you think.
It’s costing you peace.
It’s costing you money.
It’s costing you the kind of self-trust that lets you make a decision and not spiral for three days after.
On paper, you’re the one who “figures it out.”
In your actual life, you feel like you keep abandoning yourself at the exact moments that matter most.
This space exists to change that.
Not by fixing you.
By helping you stop leaving yourself in the decisions that shape your work, your money, and your days.
What Get Untrapped™ Is Really About
I wanna make this as plain as possible.
This is a space for women who:
Look high-functioning on the outside and feel unsteady on the inside
Have spent years making “responsible” decisions that low-key suffocate them
Are smart enough to see the pattern, but still can’t seem to break it alone
If you’ve ever thought:
“Why do I keep saying yes when I want to say no?”
“Why do I talk myself out of the decisions I know I want?”
“Why can I advise everyone else, but freeze on my own life?”
…you’re in the right space.
Underneath all the degrees, promotions, titles, and “I’m fine”s, there’s one core issue:
You don’t fully trust yourself when the stakes feel high.
Not because you’re broken.
Because you’ve been trained—by family, faith, work, capitalism, all of it—to trust other people’s authority more than your own.
Get Untrapped™ is here to help you get that authority back.
What This Space Is
Think of this publication as a guided experience, not a random newsletter.
At its core, Get Untrapped™ is:
1. A roadmap from self-abandonment to self-trust
Not vague inspiration.
A clear path with phases:
Untrapped Curious – you’re just realizing something’s off
Untrapped Awareness – you’re seeing how the trap repeats
Untrapped Practice – you’re running small experiments in self-trust
Untrapped Living– you’re raising and protecting your decision floor
You’re not meant to be in all four at once.
You find your phase, then follow what’s curated for that phase.
2. A lab for how you actually make decisions
This is not “think positive and manifest better.”
This is how you choose, under pressure, in real time.
We’ll look at:
The stories that run in your head before you decide
The patterns that drag you back into the same mess
The tiny shifts that change the way you move with work, money, and relationships
We’re not just talking about decisions.
We’re building a different decision identity—one you can stand behind.
3. A space where your “trapped” identity gets language, not judgment
Inside this work you’ll meet the Trapped Archetypes™:
Performer – proves worth through achievement
Pleaser – protects connection at any cost
Prover – collects receipts to justify being here
Passenger – rides along in everyone else’s plan
You’ll see yourself in one (or more) of them.
Not to box you in—but to give your confusion structure, so you can work with it instead of drowning in it.
4. A decision gym, not a shame spiral
You won’t be told:
“Just be more confident.”
“Just take the leap.”
“Just think differently.”
You’ll get:
Trap Therapy™ posts that name what’s happening without attacking you
Self-Trust Sessions that walk you through micro-practices
Get Untrapped Playbooks that give you scripts, prompts, and decision flows for real life
Untrapped Conversations (video / podcast episodes) that let you watch this work in motion
The focus is simple:
Fewer decisions from fear.
More decisions from self-trust.
Money and life moves you can stand behind.
What This Space Is Not
Just as important: what you will not find here.
1. This is not therapy
Therapy is powerful.
If you need clinical support, I want you to get it.
Get Untrapped™ is education + practice, not treatment.
We’re here to:
Give you language
Offer frameworks
Guide you through experiments
…so you can use therapy better if you’re in it—or move more intentionally if you’re not.
2. This is not a hustle shrine
We are not here to:
Glorify burnout
Idolize 5 a.m. grind culture
Turn you into a machine that only cares about “results”
Yes, we talk about earning more.
Yes, we talk about money moves.
But the rule is:
If it costs you your self-trust, it’s too expensive.
3. This is not a mindset-only echo chamber
You will never see:
“Just shift your mindset and everything changes.”
“You’re blocked because you’re not thinking right.”
We’re working at the intersection of:
Psychology (why you do what you do)
Conditioning and culture (what you were taught to survive)
Nervous system and safety (what your body thinks is dangerous)
Practice and repetition (what actually rewires behavior)
Mindset matters.
But it is not the whole story, and it’s not the villain if you’re still stuck.
4. This is not a content buffet
You’re not supposed to:
Read every post
Keep up with everything
Treat this like another to-do list
This is a guided transformation, not an “I’ll binge it when I have time” library.
That’s why the roadmap exists.
You find your phase.
You follow the playlist for that phase.
You move when you’re ready—not when the algorithm tells you to.
The Four Phases (And Where You Might Be)
Here’s how the journey breaks down.
As you read, let your body tell you where you are.
You’ll feel it.
Phase 1 — Untrapped Curious
“Something is off. I just don’t have the words yet.”
This is where you land when you first arrive.
You’re starting to admit:
“What I’ve been doing is technically working…
but it’s not working for me.”
This phase is about orientation, not overhaul.
You’re gathering language, maps, and self-awareness.
This stage is for you if:
You’re successful in public and stuck in private.
You’re curious, but don’t know where to start.
You feel “off” but can’t name what’s wrong.
You’ve never taken the Trapped Archetype™ assessment.
You want a simple map before you dive in.
Phase 2 — Untrapped Awareness
“Oh. This isn’t random. This is a script.”
Once you have words, you start seeing the loops.
You notice how the same story shows up at work, in relationships, with money—just wearing different outfits.
This phase is about connecting the dots so you’re not surprised by your own choices.
This stage is for you if:
You’ve found your Trapped Archetype™ and it hit home.
You notice the same story playing out in different areas.
You can look back and see, “Oh, I always fold there.”
You’re starting to catch yourself mid-spiral.
You want language and diagrams to map what keeps repeating.
This is where you stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking, “What is this pattern trying to protect?”
Phase 3 — Untrapped Practice
“I see it. Now I want to move differently.”
Understanding is not the issue anymore.
Implementation is.
This phase is where you start running small, low-stakes self-trust experiments:
Saying “I’ll get back to you” instead of automatic yes
Keeping one boundary and watching what happens
Making one money move you can actually stand behind
This stage is for you if:
You’re done just understanding yourself—you want reps.
You’re willing to feel a little awkward to stay aligned.
You want scripts, prompts, and tiny experiments to try.
You’ve held at least one new boundary or money move briefly.
You’re ready to track what actually helps you trust yourself.
We’re not waiting for you to “feel ready.”
We’re helping you practice while you’re scared, busy, and still healing.
Phase 4 — Untrapped Lifestyle
“This is who I am now. I’m not going back.”
This isn’t about being “healed.”
It’s about a new baseline.
Your decision floor is higher:
What you tolerate, accept, and sign up for has changed.
You’re learning how to hold that standard without constantly doubting yourself or burning out.
This stage is for you if:
You’re already making different decisions—and people notice.
You care more about protecting your peace than proving yourself.
You’re ready to raise your “decision floor” and keep it there.
You want frameworks for bigger work and money moves.
You’re looking for community and structure to hold this new level.
You’ll still wobble. You’ll still have old triggers.
The difference is: you know how to get yourself untrapped faster, with less self-abandonment on the way.
How to Start—Right Now
Let’s make this simple.
Step 1 — Acknowledge your reality.
Read the four phases again and choose the one that feels most like your current life, not your ideal self.
Step 2 — Claim your phase.
Say it out loud, or write it down:
“Right now, I’m in: Untrapped Curious / Untrapped Awareness / Untrapped Practice / Untrapped Living.”
No shame. No ranking. Just truth.
Step 3 — Follow the curated posts for that phase.
On the Start Here page, you’ll see a micro-playlist for each phase.
Open those in tabs. Read or listen over the next week—not in one frantic night.
Step 4 — Notice what shifts.
You’re not looking for fireworks.
You’re looking for:
One decision you handled differently
One moment you didn’t abandon yourself
One piece of evidence that you can trust yourself a little more than before
You’re successful in public and stuck in private—for now.
Get Untrapped™ exists so the next version of you is:
successful in public,
at peace in private,
and rooted in a quiet, unshakable knowing:
“I can trust the woman making these decisions.”
