It's a tough spot to be in, and in our culture with the ability to change careers, it's probably more prevalent now than in the past!

It is. I find it interesting that with all of our advancements and technology, the mind still keeps us stuck in ways we struggle to overcome

If anything, I think our advancements and technology give use the freedom to let our minds struggle . . .200 years ago our ancestors were only focused on feeding the family - now our brains are free to create and ponder relationships, etc!!!

New decade, new challenges!

I love this line: "Instead of focusing on immediate loss, think about long-term gain". I often feel stuck at my job and I probably do focus too much on immediate loss when I think about quitting.
